Evidence based physiotherapy and movement coaching for dancers and performers.
Whether you want to recover from an injury, prevent future problems, or optimize your results, my goal is to help dancers move efficiently, prevent injuries, and develop long-term physical capacity. My freelance work focuses on dance teaching, dance medicine education, workshops, athlete training, and movement coaching.
In addition to my freelance work, I am employed as a physiotherapist at Via Physio in Berlin. Physiotherapy appointments are arranged directly through the practice via Doctolib.

Common Questions
-
Dance physiotherapy applies physiotherapy and rehabilitation specifically to the demands of dance: turnout, extreme range of motion, repetitive loading, and the pressure to keep training through pain. As a physiotherapist and lifelong dancer, Sandra combines clinical assessment with an understanding of dance technique, so rehabilitation plans work with a dancer's training reality rather than against it.
